Abstract
This paper presents a realistic teletraffc modeling framework for Personal Communications Services. The framework captures complex human behaviors and has been v alidated through analysis of actual call and mobility data. Using the proposed framework, a large-scale simulation was performed on a model of the San F rancisco Bay Area. Simulation results showing the performance of IS-41 are presented.
