Abstract

In this paper we present a system model and simulation framework for evaluating peer-to-peer reputation systems. We present various metrics based on this model for measuring the performance of the reputation systems. We present results from several experiments performed on some simple reputation systems. In the appendix we present an analytical model for system performance and compare it to our experimental results.
